Upload your dealership’s video and audio files to Multimedia, and display them on your Vehicle and Dealership Details pages. You can upload multimedia files from your computer or network or provide a web address link to an externally stored file if that’s easier. Below are steps for both.
To upload a multimedia file from your computer or network:
Select the source of your multimedia file—in this case, your computer/network.
Enter the display title for your file. The title can be up to 30 characters long.
Click the “Browse” button to locate and select an audio or video file. Your file can be up to 3 minutes long.
Click the “Upload” button.
Confirm your multimedia file was uploaded successfully.
To upload a multimedia file from a web address link:
Select the source of your multimedia file—in this case, a web address link to an externally stored file.
Enter the display title for your file. The title can be up to 30 characters long.
Verify your file is live by clicking the “Preview” link. If your file plays in the window, select “Yes.” If it doesn’t, double-check the complete address for accuracy and preview it again. If your file still doesn’t play in the preview window, go back and check the original source in a separate browser to make sure it’s a viable file.
Click “Submit.”
