Alerts

The following alerts, located on the Dashboard, immediately notify you of expiring items so you can take action quickly.

• Vehicle(s) expiring within 14 days – Click “Renew All Inventory” to renew all of your live listings on AutoTrader.com.

• Available Spotlight Ad(s) expiring in 5 days – Apply Spotlight Ads you’ve already purchased to vehicles before they expire.

• Applied Spotlight Ad(s) expiring in 5 days – Purchase and/or apply Spotlight Ads to continue running your ads.

• Vehicle Special(s) expiring in 5 days – Change the publish dates in Vehicle Specials to continue running the Special.  

• Photo(s) expiring in 5 days – Assign photos to vehicles before they expire from Multimedia.
