Dealership Account Information
Your dealership information appears on all of your AutoTrader.com listings. It’s important to keep this information up to date, so buyers know how to get in touch with you. To change any field other than primary contact, call Dealer Support at 1-800-353-9350, Mon.- Fri. 8 a.m.-8 p.m. EST.

Address
Phone number
Email address
Fax number
Primary contact
Other dealer contacts
Billing Summary
View details on advertising product transactions you’ve made with AutoTrader.com, such as purchasing Spotlight Ads. Note: this does not include your monthly subscription billing information.
You can view the following billing details:
Transaction and billing dates
Amounts
Information on the products and units purchased
Manheim Login Settings
Your Manheim login settings enable you to use the Manheim functions on the Inventory List. You can move and copy vehicles to Manheim Auctions or remove vehicles. Be sure these login settings match your current login settings for Manheim Ad Manager.
